Our mission at Southside is to glorify Christ in all that we do. Worship The Lord In Giving
Thank you for your faithful giving to Southside Baptist Church. We are adding an additional way to give which we trust will make this process even easier for you. Let me introduce you to TITHE.LY.
TITHE.LY is a branch of the Christian company Church Management. This well-respected Christian organization has launched a division to provide mobile and online giving opportunities to the local church. The giving process is easy, secure, and used by thousands of churches across the country. You will have 3 options:
1. You may download the free TITHE.LY app from the app store. Once installed, the app will direct you to create your own account. They will ask for some personal information (which will not be shared or sold) and an email address. You will then set up your account and password, along with a 4-digit pin number. Your next step will direct you to find your church’s name, Southside Baptist Church, Fayette, AL. Once your church is entered, you have 2 ways to pay: Debit/credit card or your checking account. Those tabs are at the bottom of the screen. You may set up recurring payments if you wish. There is a small transaction fee that you can choose to pay or the church will be required to pay it.
2. You may also give directly through the website at https://tithe.ly/give?c=697432. Or you may click on the “Donate” button below. The process will be similar to #1 above.
3. Thirdly, you may also choose to have an automatic check sent from your personal bank. Please contact your financial institution for details.

Serving & Getting
Involved at Southside
Sunday School
We provide Small Group Bible Study for all ages. It is our goal to teach and train disciples for life. Through Sunday school friendships and relationships are formed and grow.
Music Ministry
This ministry involves people of all ages. The Adult Choir rehearses each week and works together in leading in exciting worship experiences each week.
Nursery/Preschool Ministry
Childcare is provided for each worship service. It is staffed by volunteer church members each week on a rotating basis. Feel free to volunteer today!
Men’s Ministry
Men’s Ministry is a group for men of any age. This group meets for times of Bible study and fellowship as well as mission and service projects.
Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry is offered for students 7th – 12th grade. This is an active and growing group that is always involved in fellowship and discipleship.
Children’s Choir
Children’s Choir is offered for children through 6th grade. This group rehearses weekly and participates in worship services and special presentations.
Above the Rim Ministry
Above the Rim is a community basketball ministry offered each January and February for boys and girls through 8th grade. This ministry encourages team work and living out your faith in Christ.
Annual Bass Tournament
This is an annual ministry that encourages men to work together as a team and become the men that God has called them to be. This annual event offers fun, food, fellowship and prizes.
AAW
Any Age Welcome is a fellowship group that meets each month for a time of food, fellowship and devotion. Everyone is welcome to join in!
Shut-In Ministry
This ministry is involved in local nursing homes as well as in ministry to homebound church family members.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s Ministry is a group that is for any age. This group does frequent Ladie’s Bible study as well as times of fellowship and service.
Wednesday Night Life Groups
Life Groups meet each Wednesday night for specific Bible study focused on discipleship for day to day life. Join us this week!
